Quoting Squeaky McGee:" Well, since you're carrying twins, your uterus is expanding faster than it would with a singleton. Maybe it is RLP."
Quoting Jenna130:" No they did not do an ultrasound, and no I have never had any issues with csyts before. Its just strange ... [snip!] ... and the pain was very short lived, like a matter of a few seconds. This is a pain that has been constant since Friday morning."

Quoting Jenna130:" Ok, so since I woke up Friday morning I have been having a constant pain in my lower left abdomen. Ive ... [snip!] ... contractions, I know that, but I really don't believe its round ligament pain. Anyone else ever experience anything like this?!"
Quoting Stefanie Jackson:" Yes I experience the same pain and am prego with twins.. Sometimes it is worse then other times and ... [snip!] ... belt. I am getting one of Friday so I will let you know how it works out. Good luck but def go to your ob just to make sure."I saw my OB and he said the exact same thing.. and because the babies will not get along and be close to each other lol its making it worse.. They are laying side by side, one lower right, and one lower left, and each time one of them goes to visit the other, he/she gets kicked away.. was rather funny to watch on the ultrasound! He said it can last up to 4 weeks! Its just bad because sometimes I have difficulties getting outta bed, or even walking, and I have a 5y/o and a 2 y/o to care for

Quoting Jenna130:" Oh yes sleeping is already getting difficult. I wake every time I roll over because of the pain. I've ... [snip!] ... i'm positioned.. I didn't think It would be like this already, I thought more around like the 6 month mark,, i'm only 18 weeks!"
Quoting Stefanie Jackson:" I didn't think so early either, I kept asking the OB, my pain started around 15 weeks or so and I am ... [snip!] ... going through something similiar, it makes me feel a bit normal. I can't even imagine what is in store for the next 18 weeks."My OB warned me, he said after the 26 week mark its going to hit me like a ton of bricks. At that point he said you will really know you are carrying two babies instead of one. Hes telling me about frequent napping, and bed rest, and stopping work early and needles each time I see him to get babies lungs ready incase of preterm labor...! Lots of information, so I am just trying to take it one appointment at a time..
