Pelvic Rest Question

Gals I posted about this in another topic but I have a question. I was on bedrest and pelvic rest at 23 weeks (I am now 25 1/2) I went in to get my cervix checkec and it was 4 1/2 cm which she said was above average. She took me off bedrest and I got to go back to work but she didn't say anything about pelvic rest. Should I call her or am I in the clear? I was having contractions the day I was on L&D I had six in an hour but they faded and I've only had a few since.

if she didn't bring it up and say your off it...it's safest to act like you're still on it. i personally wouldn't have sex until your doc says you can.

i've also been on pelvic rest since 23...and i'm now almost 37 wks. trust me its not easy or fun but it's worth it.
