Just make sure you're getting all the micronutrients, don't just focus on the calories, and work out 5-7 times a week, not 3 times a day, you'll crash hard if you do that, eventually. It isn't recomended to exercise 7 times a week for a longer time than 1-3 months, so take it easy. Slow progress is better, because then you lose fat and build muscles. Fast weight loss is just losing muscle, not fat.

Your BMR is 1590.15.
To maintain weight exercising once a day your calorie need is 2743/day.

So with 2100 you have a 600 calorie deficit everyday. A 1lb of fat is roughly 3000 calories, so with 600 calories a day you'd have a 4200 calorie deficit a week, making you lose about 1.5lbs/week after the first week  

To me, that sounds great

No im cutring out all the bad things exept pop I can't give up my pop im an addict...lol... But say im eating a hamburger ill cut it up on a plate instead of eating the bun.... I just used chips as a example not wgat I really eat ok better example I eat a cup of healthy ceral ill eat a 1/2 cup instead and use skim or soy milk instead of 2% milk

Alot, maybe 5or 6 cans a day(60oz-72oz)... But im also cutting down on that I had 2 cans and 1 bottle (42oz)yesterday...and I drink regular mt dew ..im gonna atleast drink a glass of water a day... Before u a say it I know if I stoped the pop I would probably drop more weight but my pop is my addiction...lol

I know it would help alot but its an addiction and im slowng down but ive also figured out that like "bored eating" I "bored drink" so if I keep busy I eat less and drink less

Or you can just stop buying Mt. Dew...

By cutting out Mt. Dew all together, you have the potential to be losing an additional 2.5 lbs per week.
