soda is nasty anyways. once you get rid of it for a while, you wont want it anymore. its cheaper to drink water anyways. I wish i could afford a trainer and some insurance. I think my levels are off. I am so tired all the time that i am falling asleep while trying to watch my kids. i feel like poo. but im not gaining. just cant seem to lose any.

I have that, I'm on 75 mcg's of levothyroxine

I havn't gained weight from it and my doctor was surprised when my results were such.

I don't eat much (I know unhealthy, my SO is trying to help me with that) so that might be why.

Sorry I don't have any advice :/

You have to take your meds everyday. They help so much!

I have one of those weekly pill containers, with a compartment for sun, mon, tues, etc... leave it out on the counter or somewhere you can see it, so you'll remember to take yours meds.
