re: pregnant taking ambien

I know I am a little late but I've been on ambien and diladid my hole pregnancy and my baby specialist prescribed it since I had my stroke and if they didn't know it was safe they would not have worked together to come up with the meds that they put me on and with my first baby I was on ambien and my little girl came out perfect! So good luck and everything will be fine!

Diladid? wow...strong crap! That stuff scared me...Lol.

And to the OP...I was referring to other Ambien side effects, not other meds, sorry, i don't BG very often :-)

Ya diladid is pretty strong but I don't take it all the time but I had a stroke and my original meds I was on they had to take me off of because u can't take it being pregnant so they switched me to the diladid but it doesn't really do much other than help with my migraines and take the pain out of my left side but u r right girly it is strong that's y I don't take it all the time!!! And safer alternatives is the way to go if they help that's y I try and stay away from it all if I can!!! Good luck girls and hope everyone gets there rest!!!
