Ultrasounds ?

During pregnancy how many ultrasounds do you usually get ?
I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I haven't had a real ultrasound since my 20week one.
I've had a 4D done as well but that one was just for pictures they didn't tell me how much she weighed , how long she was ect ect ..
When should I be getting another one? I'd love to know how big she is .
Someone said insurances usually only pay for 2 unless it's an emergency.

It is normal to only get two (one to date and the second for the anatomy scan). You should ask your OB if you get a third. But honestly if baby is healthy there is no need for one.

I have only had 1 so far and I'm due next monday. My insurance will cover as many as "necessary" - (I had 4 w/ my first)

I only had one at 20 weeks that was ordered by my OB. My 17 week gender scan and 30 week 4D ultrasound were paid out of pocket. My insurance will pay for as many as my doctor orders, but I probably won't have any more. I'd love to see how big he is now. He already had big chubby cheeks at the 4D ultrasound but the lady wouldn't tell me how big he was. I guess I'll have to wait and see, they can be wrong anyways.

My girl had some chubby cheeks too lol. At 20 weeks she was a pound an 3oZ
