The cramps I have been having so often the past couple days have helped me efface and dilate! I'm so excited. My doctor said that he expects me to deliver before my due date since my baby is engaged and I'm progressing. My next appointment is the 21st and I hope that I have him soon after if not before.

Yay!! I hope my cramps and stuff are helping me dilate & efface too! I've been dilated a cm for the past three appointments & at my last one I was finally 50% effaced. I've been having somepretty painful BHs in the past week and I'm hoping when I go in tomorrow i've made atleast a little progress!! Goodluck & lots of labor dust to you!!
