transition meeting

we are having our transition meeting for EI to early childhood on friday. my caseworker said it should be a short meeting but to bring any questions I have. Any suggestions? my biggest concern is if we homeschool preschool are we still entitled to services and such. we do not have a formal dx of anything but have some major behavioral and sensory issues. she is advanced though in speech and cognitive development.
