PMS and Cravings!!!

Ugh does anyone else get horrible junk food cravings before their period? Its really annoying lol i lost all this weight and come period time i have to fight these cravings.

Do you indulge or fight the cravings lol

Lol, I've had that plenty of times. There were times that I did indulge though....then felt guilty afterwards. Then there are times that I don't. And I drop a couple of pounds of water weight. I stay away from the scale when AF is in town.

Hell yes..i have cravings for a whole week before i start. usually chocolate or ice cream. the past week i bet i have eaten a pound of cookie dough! and i just started this morning.

Um yesssss! I used to binge on sweets so bad. Now I double up on ShakeO or X bars lol

Last month right before AF I was eating chocolate chips by the handful. I don't even like chocolate very much. This month I just kept the bag out of my line of sight, lol.
