how old when teething?

how old were your LO's when they started cutting teeth? my son isn't even 3 months old yet and he has both of his two bottom middle teeth cutting through   he is absolutely miserable unless im holding him or rubbing his gums  

Wow that is young. It's hard I know! My son was 7 months when he cut his first bottom teeth.

My son was 4 months old when he got his first two teeth. He was a very good baby while teething though.

I've been trying to let him chew on my hand too, but the teeth hurt my hand :/ he doesn't like a frozen cloth either

You could give him some teething tablets or tylenol

My daughter had her first two teeth at her 6 week appt. I didn't even know she had them until her doctor showed me. It made me nervous but her pedi said every child is different and even though it is extremely rare he has even seen a child born with a tooth. Good luck!!

I have teething gel, but it has benzocain in it. and I give him tylenol, but all it does is make him sleep. then when he wakes up he starts crying again :/

do you put baby food in it?

you can put ice, fresh or frozen fruit, cut up pieces of veggies. Idk if you've given him any solids since he's so young so maybe just stick to ice? A cold apple perhaps? My son LOVES when I would put cold watermelon in it but I gave that to him at 6 months.

I would rather stick with the ice! and their not expensive either! thank you!

my son will be 6 months tomorrow and he has 6 teeth,2 top,2 bottom and 2 side top teeth.....he has coped so so well,been very lucky with him....we use nelsons teething granules and they seem to help loads....but a tad expensive,put a rag in the freezer or fridge to cool gums or silver cross do a great teether..xx

Those are awesome. My son had those when he was around 6-8 months or so. Another thing to put in it (prolly not so much while teething) is different meats. We loved that thing!!!!
