i want to find out please i am jut starting myweight loss journey and i want to find out what you guys would say about what exercises to start with ive heard like crunches are only for after youve lost the wreight to build muscle im not sure i dont know but im really curious as to what to start with any help please

Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
First, clean up your diet and start a food journal. There are several great online ones for free.
Second, I would do both cardio and strength training. Perhaps running/elliptical/Zumba/etc and then a muscle toning workout like yoga/Pilates/kettlebells/etc on an alternating schedule.
Good luck! It's a hard journey, I know, but you'll get there !

thanks yes i have worked out a diet or more like a lifestyle change for me
