Ladies who live in Ohio

Well I was looking into buying more property and I seen that theres alot of house really cheep in OH, I was wondering why are they so cheep? Are they in bad neighboorhoods. Is there anything out there. Ha , Youngstown is HORRIBLE .

They're probably reposessed or foreclosures. I'm not from around Youngstown, soI can't tell you about the neighborhood.

Youngstown is a VERY bad neighborhood .

it looks as tho all those houses have something wrong with them and need lots of repair so they're being so as is.....maybe the current owner doesnt have enough money to fix it up

Whatever you do, don't try to buy any property in Canton, Ohio. Most of the houses around where I live are trashy and not worth anything. People don't know how to take care of their places and they turn them into shitholes. I hate it here.

Don't move to Youngstown!!! DH and I just moved out of Youngstown. You don't want to live there. Houses are cheap because NO ONE wants to live there. You can seriously get a HUGE house in the middle of downtown for like $50k, but living downtown isn't safe. The house might be nice, but do you really want to be worried about whether someone is going to be breaking into your car or trying to break into your house? Just a few months ago some guy set fire to a house downtown killing 4 little kids, the mom and the grandma because of an argument over a cell phone.
