Whew! Crisis averted . I'd highly recommend renting in any area that you're unfamiliar with before buying. With the way the housing market is right now, you can't know how long it will take you to sell so you could be stuck there for a long time. You need to make sure you like it!

i had a teacher that grew up in youngstown.. he's told me some pretty scarrry stories about that town.
but anywho... the cost of living in ohio is really cheap compared to alot of other places. u cann get a nice peice of property here in a good neighborhood, just have to nose around..
