hey yall....just a question

Hey yall i got a question....ok my daughter is 4 1/2 months old....well she was a 28 week preemie so heres my problem.....shes old enough to where she wants to stay awake more...but age adjusted she would be almost 2 months...so she doesnt have the coordination to play with toys yet....is there anything i can get that will keep her occupied?? i have mobiles with a lightshow but she can only stare at that for so long......is there anything that will keep her busy so she can stay stimulated instead of being bored and irritable??

my sisters baby is 3 months old and she has small toys that she holds on to and chews on.. Maybe try something small..

what about one of them things like a walker but has a bottom in it.. thats got toys all around,, god i kno what its called just cant remember grr.. but if she can hold her head up that should work id think

Hate to say it but we are our babies biggest toy. My guy loves to be talked to and when I makes faces at him. Try some small soft light toys she could hold and move in her hand without hurting herself.

i feel the same way....all i do is mess with her and sing to her and its all a bit much

My son was born at 30 weeks. He's now 5 months and 3 months adjusted age. He LOVES to look at ceiling fans. Really anything that moves will entertain him. If you have to get on the floor and play with her toys for her until she can then that's what I would do. I get down and shake his rattles and put his toys in his hands. He's starting to get the hang of it.
