I dont talk bad about him . I believe in early impressions. I like talking to him about stuff even though he doesnt understand.

If he is serious and wants to be involved he can go file for a paternity test for free. They will order child support and he can file in juvenile court for visitation.

Did i once say i was talking bad about him!???!?!?! no. i said i want him to be part of his life i tell him about his father all the time. i never talk about where or y or anyting just tell him what hes like. If u dont mind please quit comenting if all your going to do is gripe about somthing i never said.

Why juvenile court? and he wont file. he says he kows noththing about it and its my job to do it.

There was nothing said about her talking negatively about the dad to the baby this is supposed to be somewhere people can vent it isn't about knocking someone down for asking help...

Oh so how many posts I have matter? I read everything she said never not once was anything bad being said to her son she blankly said she shows him pictures of him so therefore that's irrelevant and all the posts u have been making are negative so why don't u learn to have some common sense and stop being so negative all the time...I however am not going to argue with u cause im too mature and grown for

Juvi court is who handles visitation. Child Support Enforcement Agency will do the DNA and the child support order. But visitaton and child support are 2 separate issues. If he wants visitation, then HE can do it. Not your problem. See how motivated he is.

Thank you everyone for the advice. No i dont talk bad about him. I was telling yall his short comings and y i dont want him having to big of an influence in my sons life. I recently received paternity papers asking all kinds of info so the battle is soon to begin.
