Would you pay

Ok so long story short. I have epilepsy I was looking into dogs that can sense when a seizure is coming on. It would give me so much more freedom as to now I can't be alone with my children, can't drive, can't bathe alone, I feel like a freaking child. It said it would cost about 10g and take up to 2years to train the dog. Do you think it would be worth it?

I would pay, but I would also look into grants and programs that may help you fund some if not all of the costs.
Good luck!

If it would give you the freedom to live your life and you have the money I'd say go for it. I heard a lot of great things about the dogs.

Yea I really want to do this. I am thinking about using most of next years tax returns. I am just so tired of having to have a babysitter. I had to go with my mom today for a 5hr drive because I can't be alone with my youngest ( She is 2 and still getting into stuff). I want my freedom back I am going to look into the loans or grants for it.

Yes. Worth it. I used to have a cat that could sense a seizure coming on with my daughter. I lucked out with him, he wasn't trained or anything. We found him in a mechanic shop. From the moment he laid eyes on my daughter, he was hers! When we brought him home, he wouldn't leave her side. When a seizure was about to come, he would meowing and howling real loud until I got to her. Then he would lay right behind her head, and just stay there until it was over. So yes definitely get a dog or cat.
