live in fl and my sperm donor was the one to file he just went down to the court and i had the paper by mail with in a the week but after all that still nothings happened he did it back in feb of this year

yea we both have lawyers so their doing their job..i hope.. hes probably just going to try to make this difficult and drag it out like the child dead beat he is since he has mommy paying for his drama ....i was just saying if she files thru the court hell get it fairly fast
