Why does it matter how long any person on here has been a member? This is not the PTA, so it's not like seniority of a seasoned member vs a new member matters or not.

To some people like her...who take the site waaaay to seriously...it is about seniority. But she's stupid if she thinks that I'm going to let her talk down to me because her post count is higher and her join date is older than this one.

I think mine is just under 50, but I didn't know that mattered. I honestly thought that mine was a bit much. Yet I'm new to the SAHM thing and I was told to reduce my activity until this baby comes, so now I have time to putz around on the computer. I just like to reply to people especially if they are asking for advice, and some times I like to put my 2cents in from time to time.

There's nothing wrong with putting your two cents in. But there will be loads of long time members that will make you feel that way. Don't let them!

People will always have conflicting opinions about what anyone says, that's what makes people interesting...it'd be boring if everyone shared the same views 100%.
Sorta like how we didn't like the OP's name for her son, but that doesn't make her a bad person we just don't like it. Our opinion doesn't matter when it comes to her son.
Smurf celebrities name their kids some pretty messed up names and get away with it because of who they are.

Which is sad, instead of being so caught up on who's "Head Bitch" we should worry about what this forum is actually used for, for mommies (and some daddies I've noticed) to come together and talk about any topics they may have about their children or children on the way. I liked the idea of this forum cause it's like a mommy get together thing. We sometime's have mommy groups where I live where all the mommy's get together and go out with their LO's or they go out to dinner, but I live in a huge military town. (Jacksonville NC) so sadly a lot of times when they get together it's drama and gossip filled...I went once and never went again.
