Teen Moms?

I feel like I no longer have friends so I just wanted to meet moms that live next to me I live in long island (Brentwood NY)

I wish I still lived near ya, I used to live in LI. What is Brentwood near? I used to live in Garden City.

Aw man where do you live now. And Garden City is 20-25 mins away from me.

well i live way too far from you, and i am 21 but my friends suck. i'd totally be your friend if i lived in NY.

That's awesome. I liked my time in LI.

I'm 29 but I had my first LO 2 months after I turned 18. I remember how lonely it was. You will make new friends that have kids eventually. There is an awkward in between stage that sucks though.   I'm not sure exactly where Brentwood is but that probably means it isn't very close to me.

I agree. Its really hard at any time.

I feel you I hate that my friends was by my side for my pregnancy but disappeared when I gave birth (well 3 weeks after)

I got really depressed because all I had was my boyfriend and daughter I felt like I had no one just to b.s talk with or hang out with.

So true I feel kinda of shy to make new friends. My sister told me about groups at libraries and church or YMCA they have teen mom or just moms. They hang out, talk, cook, work out, or just do w.e while the kids play together for an hour. I just feel like it will be awkward.

Have you checked Meetup.com? I've heard you can find some good mama groups on there, maybe even young mamas! Especially being so close to NYC, I bet there's a few options for different groups you could try
