my mom used to say kid exchange for me and my brother..lmao.

No though think it would need to be a private adoption rather then placing them in foster care. I'm not sure, I would call social services and ask.

i got suspended once from HS and my stepfather took me to social service or where ever and started filling out papers to put me in foster care.

I would guess around 16. I think anyone should be able to give up their child at any time though.

yeah but the "happy days" there didnt last long there either. my stepmom had me do everything around the house. and when her daughter got out of jail and got knocked up. i had to take care of the baby and still do all the chores. i literally woke up at 4am. and didnt get to bed until 2am. and i couldnt eat the food that was in the house. so summers i made a can of raisens last the entire 3 months. lucky me i had friends who bought me lunch idk what i would of done without them
