Quoting JennB987:" Call a LC. They will help you with your supply & support. As for your Baby not pooping for 2 weeks, ... [snip!] ... a good double electric breast-pump you can pump every 3 hours and that will help boosting your supply. How often do you nurse?"
Nursed babies don't always poop everyday. Some do, but many don't. I wouldn't be worried unless it had been more than a week because that's how long they can go and have it still be considered "normal" without checking on it. However, my daughter did go longer than one week a couple of times, and she was alright.
The best way to tell if the baby is getting enough to eat is to weigh the baby. Many doctors and hospitals will let you come in to use their scales to make sure that your baby is gaining weight. When we took our daughter home from the hospital, they told me that if I ever was concerned about her eating enough,, I could bring her back just to weigh her.
