sweating in sleep?!

I woke up In the middle of the night from a bad dream and my leg was all wet and where you fold you leg in the back of my leg was wet .... I got up went pee and went back to bed and nothing more ... How would you know If your water broke when you were sleeping just wondering?

Underwear, clothes, sheets would be wet. Trust me, it would be more than just one small area of wetness on your leg.

It wouldn't stop coming out.

I think thats normal. Some nights I sweat so much my whole side of the bed is soaked.....attractive
