Time, sex and walking

I think its best to just let the baby come when its time but all the stuff like
sex
nipple stimulation
bouncing on a ball ect do help

You're not overdue until you hit 40 weeks.

Walking, sex, nipple stimulation, going up and down the stairs..

my doctor wants to induce me sunday

i tried walking, stairs, nipple stimulation, squats.. nothing did it until my dr stretched me... time!

pretty much when the dr checks you for dilation they just spread the fingers apart, which stretches you. it helps to further dilate you.
