Pain

The last week or so I have been having pain in my lower left abdomen (by my hip), going down to inner thigh. It's comes and goes all day, but gets worse with sex. I'm not pregnant. any ideas what it might be. tia  

ps sorry if there are typos I have cut on my index finger on my right hand and a burn on my left hand.
