Hey kid, take your meds.

Is there any easy way to get your toddler to take meds?
My son is on antibiotics..which tastes like bubble gum and very chalky..and just gross.
I've never really had to give him medicine before, I've tried mixing it with juice and milk..and he still wont drink it. I've even put it in a tiny glass and gave him a straw..still nothing.

So, I just try it the way the box tells me.
I tried to squirt like 1mL at a time..but no hope...he just sits there with it in his mouth with a god awful look on his face.
I gave him all 4mL's and he did not swallow it for at least 5 mins. Didn't spit it out or nothing.
..idk what to do.
We have 5 days left of this.

When my son needed them I mixed them in raspberry juice. It masked the taste and color.

I have to act like a demented cheerleader and acrobat! >.< But thats the only thing that gets it down. It makes him stop thinking about what hes doing and focus on what Im doing.
