ovulation cramps?

Not exactly ttc..but figured this is an appropriate place to post this.

Does anyone cramp around ovulation? What does it feel like?


Is it on one side? Both sides? Does it feel like menstruation cramps? Tingles?

Mine are awful, and give labor a run for it's money.   I dread ovulation since having DD.

I get horrible ovulation pains so bad i cant even walk. It just feels like one side is really cramped and every time i walk i can feel the pain travel from my ovaries to my thighs if that makes sense. This last time i ovulated i thought i was getting appendicitis.

That is how I got pregnant this time, and last time. The day I was sure I felt myself ovulate my hubby and I BD'd and 2 weeks later, BFP.

*wipes forehead* whew.
So its a painful cramping?


I keep getting like a tingling sensation where my left ovary is. Its..odd.

I haven't ovulated in quite some time now but I remember the cramping lol.

When I'm not pregnant, I like to run at the gym most days, and I find that when I'm ovulating and I run I'll cramp on one side. It only happens when I'm ovulating, and I know this because I'll get the cramps during the same time of the month when I get that stretchy discharge (ew).

Mine are sometimes on both sides some times it's just on my left side but I always get them some months worse then others.

I am supposed to ovulate tomorrow and have wicked cramps and
lower back aches but my opk this morning was
Neg. Weird!
