BG is serious business

Have any of you girls come across women who claim to be in the hospital while on this site? i am new here but why would you be on here if you are in the hospital i would not even think about this site

Uh i was. Whats the problem with that?

I posted a labor thread while I was in labor with my son.

No big deal. I had a ton of friends who wanted to keep up with me *shrug*

I was *shrug* I was on pitocin for nearly 2 days straight.

There is a thing called using you cell phone, tablet, lap top etc.

I got on here (in the hospital) after having my son 8 weeks early, for support.

I made A LOT of friends here in my DD thread and in another chat thread.
There were my only friends, because I had moved to a brand new place. Then about 1-2hrs after Spawn was born and taken to nicu, I was online here too. The support here, is unbelievable. A lot of these women kept me stable while I was freaking out about her being in nicu.

Nothing unusual or wrong about it

It gets boring in the hospital. If I had to opportunity to be on BG while laboring, I probably would have been.

I was on this site while I was in the hospital. I was induced and spent the night before in the hospital so it was nice to pass some time. And while LO was sleeping I would get on occasionally. If it was an emergency I can understand people getting on here for support etc but it's really not that crazy of an idea.

When I'm waiting and doing nothing.. why not?
