looking for a weight loss buddy!

Hi,I'm re-starting a diet,and i seriously need a weight loss buddy. I'm currently 137lbs and looking to be about 105lbs. If anyone would like to be my buddy that would mean a lot to me,i seriously want to lose all this baby weight i can't stand to look at myself in the mirror anymore.

i just noticed we both live in alabama! Awesome


But i could always use more then one buddy extra support might help me lose weight better,i have a goal of losing this weight in a month before my bday on august 31st.

It's not really possible to lose 32 lbs in about a month..... If you start now, realistically, you can expect to lose about 10 lbs. You can only lose about 1-2 lbs per week of FAT. Any more than that is just water weight or muscle, unless a person is severely obese. Good luck though! I've lost about 35 lbs recently and can give some tips if you need them.

Never said i'd reach my goal by my bday but,i'd like to be close! And I have been losing about 5lbs a week and I'm by no means obese,just sayin'

but as i said that if you have any tip I'd love to hear them!

I wasn't saying you were obese. That was generally speaking. But if you're losing 5 lbs consistently, you're most likely losing muscle. It's not entirely fat. Also, attempting to lose weight rapidly is an invitation for loose skin!  

How are you losing weight and stuff? Are you counting calories and/or exercising?

I watch what i eat,i exercise and i take vitamins. Pretty sure I'm not losing muscle,and the only "lose skin" i have is from pregnancy.

If you really want the extra weight off as fast and safe as possible, watching what you eat may not be enough. Counting calories is very effective.... It's best to eat at LEAST 1200 per day to avoid losing muscle and to avoid getting more loose skin.

Also, if you're losing more than 1-2 lbs every week, that's most likely muscle along with a little fat (Unless you are extremely obese, which you are not). This results in the "skinny fat" look. The scale doesn't always tell the whole story. If you want to look nice and toned, then your goal is to lower your body fat percentage, not just lose weight.
