Holle organic formula. It does not contain hexane processed dha, gmo products, soy or arsenic from brown rice syrup. The company emailed me and said they cannot sell in the us but I found a website to purchase from but I posted to get some reviews in bg and nobody responded. They use corn maladextrin but i think that is the lesser of the evils compared to us brands. It is cheaper too even with shipping but idk if my lo is lactose intolerant or has milk allergies bc she had eczema and reflux from the similac alimentum she is on now.

The goat milk worried me bc of renal and water toxicity issues

I'm curious...do you know which regulations prevent them from selling in the US?

Hello,

thank you for your sending your query. I'm sorry but I have to tell you that our products are not made to be compliant with US regulations.

Holle products are not specially licensed to the US market and we don't have an active distribution to the United States.

I'm truly sorry but I'm not allowed give you, as an US resident, any information or advice regarding Holle products.

I’m sure you will find the kind of formula you are looking for in your country or in Europe via internet.

Viele Grüsse

Best regards / Cordialement

I wish I could have gone so long with my son  . I went back to work when he was like 7 weeks and pumping 3 times during an 11 hour period just dried me up within a couple months.

He made it like 5 months though

Ugh, this blew up on my facebook newsfeed, but for a negative reason. Moms posting it saying, "This is NOT fair, we should be able to get free formula still... BF moms don't have to pay for their baby's food, WE SHOULD GET SOMETHING FREE TOO!"

Lol exactly my point... These are generally the women who think breastfeeding is perverted and gross.

I like this idea.....but I think if a woman makes it clear that she will be using formula for whatever reason, she should get a couple samples to try to see what her baby will like best. Not a whole can, just one of those powder packet type things. Or a 2oz tube of liquid.
However, I'm glad they aren't just handing them out left and right anymore. They actually pushed me to take formula at my LO's gastroenterology visit even though I stressed that he is EBF and staying that way.....I just took the formula to get them to shut up. I had to lug that smurf on the train ride home and it's just sitting in my cupboard because I don't even know anyone who has a baby right now lol.
