Thanks dear.   Yea he has ditched a ton of gf's just to come be by my side. The day that my water broke with A he was at the hospital with me. Bd then ditched out to go eat.

See that is what kills me about my ex. Even though we don't see him too often (he works for the railroad so it is hit and miss) the kids still consider him "Dad".

My story is long and complex, lol. But basically age 13-19 with the same guy - he was abusive - got pregnant - abuse continued - LO was born - he left got another girl pregnant - she miscarried - he came back to me - i moved out - he broke up with me - got with another girl - got married - had a son - and now, he`s trying to get my civil protection order dropped. This is all over a span of 2 years btw. Lol. And mind you, he`s 21, I`m 21, and his wife is 20. o.O

Niceeee see my BD is 28 so he should have his smurf together, but at 21 I have my smurf together more than he does. He claims he isn't a people person but yet goes to these social get high and party things. Yeaa it only come to not a people person when it comes to work.

Yeah. I have my act together. Completely. I`m in a committed relationship, stable home, full-time college student, car, license, the whole shee-bang. Whereas, if BD & I were together, I would have had nothing. Thank God for mature Mommys like us

Stop worrying about what your kids dad is or isn't doing and focus on yourself. Obviously he's not someone you can count on. Do you work.....?

yeap hours just got cut though, which I guess is a blessing since I'm getting ready to goback to school. And I did live with my parents but there isn't enough room to live with them anymore. Way toooo crowded. And it just pisses me off with BD that he helped make these kids and the courts don't give a smurf about any of it as long as he gets to see the kids and take them where ever he wants. Plus this court smurf has been drug out for a year now. 4,000 dollars gone to a lawyer that did absolutely nothing.

Going to do my generals and then going into the respiratory therapy program since there is no waiting list for that and the RN program has a 1-3 yr wait depending on your GPA. I'm spreading my pre-reqs over 2 semesters though. Only 3 more years of being broke!   I mean I look forward to not being broke and after your first year you can start PRNing at hospitals so that is a plus.

girl ik exactly how you feel, I hardly get to go out and do things anymore, my BD gets to go party and smoke weed and not even worry about his son, i get a break sometimes when my dad takes my lo on weekends, I have been so stressed out latley with all the argueing goin on between me and my fiance i seriously cried for 2 hrs last nite and had a panic attack bc i was so upset, no matter what i tried to do i couldnt relieve my pain. If you lived closer to me we would deff go out and have a girls day. I think all parents need a break every once in a while.

I hear you.

But even if I could go out, where would I go? Would it make me happy, or would I just end up spending money at a bar...thinking about my child?
