After everything I been with my kids father I still miss him so much :/ he move to chicago with hes brother and dad and just left us her he said he couldnt be with me anymore I only stress him out. Well now hes getting help going to AAA meetings for alcoholic.
hes been sober for 2 months now he came back to phoenix around a month ago to fix court papers. He got a job at a strip club as a security I hate the fact that iys a damn strip club he couldnt get another job. Well I feel some what hurt jelous he working in a place like that.

I finally found a job that payed me under the table in a tire shop im illegal been her my whole life tho. So I save up seen he left 3700 I would always cary all my money on me everywhere I go until he found out go mad because it wasnt safe for me to carry alot of money especially on the bus well he I dont know how I feel for hes words and he made me put all my money in hes account!! He told me this would make us start all over again with trust and maybe one day we could starrt all over again. I now kind of regret it becausr I know have to ask him for my money and he messes with my head to much one day he says its all my fault we cant have our family and then trys to come get some ugh I just feel frustrated being a single mother of two and being illegal I just lost my job and I feel so alone!! I dont know what will I fo anymore

DO NOT work illegally.what you need to do is get your green card, which is easier now for illegal immigrants who have been here their whole life , starting when they were a minor, get a real legit job and get your rights as a resident. You wanna start fresh ? That's a great way to start fresh for you, regardless of where it goes with him

Didn't they just pass something where illegals could become legal if they've been in the country for so long? Why don't you do that?

I know is just very very hard not being able to work and provide for my babies that why I really want to go back to school I have all my requriments to get a permit to be her but school and lawyers is so much money I am so stress out I feel so alone I dont have anyone and is just making it that much harder.

I know alot of ppl get mad at ppl not being legal her in the united state but it wasnt my fault my parents brougth me so young her and it just made my life that much harder my fam only wanted the best for us but life is hard being an immigrant

That might not have been your fault, but you're grown and still illegal. That is your fault and it's not gonna look good when you do file for your green card. One immigrant to another.
You need your green card because your BD can use that against you. I'm not sure if he knows but you shouldn't even risk that

You know is not that easy to get a green card to be able to fix it you need to get married with a resident!! Or if you get pull over you could maybe fix your legal status being her my whole life or for at least 10 years is one of the requirements to be able to star a prosses that could take years and thousands of dollers

Sweetheart, when i said from an immigrant to another,I meant I am one too, so yes i know.tHe cost for the green card is 1070 dollars plus 400 for medical and if you ask me, that's not too much for having green card holder rights. It's not ey but it's worth it, I would know,I'm filing for my green card this month.sit doesn't take years, or thousands of dollars. Fixing your legal status should be a priority for you, not because you're here illegally and it makes people upset, but becauseyoure walking on eggshells. Sounds like he's trying to control you. If you can get your money out then do that as soon as possible. This is bound to become a disaster. You guys already have enough problems as it is, why add money to the list? And why can't he just give you one of his debit cards to withdraw money with? Obviously you can't get one with your own name since you're illegal but that doesn't mean he can't give you one himself so you can at least access your money via an ATM.

I would just bypass all that though and get my money ASAP. Like I said, this is a disaster waiting to happen. And someone else has already mentioned how important it is for you to become a legal citizen, especially with children. It would be tragic if you got deported.

I actually had my lawyer but I was trying to fix my status by my son with hes disability but the docs take forever to write them a letter for my son.health so I had to stop it and I got my money back. My baby daddy was against it and he always try putting me down by the fact I was trying to fix my status my kids father alwaya thougt I was with him to fix my papers but I love hom I would never use him but he thougth wrong my lawyer was charging me $6600 plus $300.and more deeds for papers work and other stuff

Im trying hun its just hard he wont give it back but hes friend was the one who did it he works at the bank and I hope if I talk to.him.he could help me out..
