Natalie by a longshot. Chalie is SO masculine and masculine names are really, really, overdone. Aside from that, it sounds childish and she has to grow up and spend the majority of her life as an adult. Charlotte, nickname Charlie would be nice, but Charlie on it's own sounds juvenile.
