hearing aides on a 3 month old

So I found out today Jaxon does need hearing aides due to ear canal stenosis. I'm sure they told me how it'll work but I was upset and overwhelmed I don't remember, anyways...does anyone know how they keep hearing aides on a 3 month old? Will he have a band or something holding them in place? Sorry if its a dumb question.

im sure at 3 months he probably wont even notice them much. they are probably like this

I suppose, they are meant to fit him. I just think they'd pop off alot.

they will make sure they fit him well.

He will have them for 5 years. Do they change out the molds as he grows or what? They said my insurance wont replace them for 5 years.

hmmm not sure about that. it seems like they would have to make new ones as he grows....
