Juice and kids question

What age did you stop watering down juice? My LO is 3 and I still water down his juices. He gets straight juice at day care but at not at home. I feel bad that I still do this but he refuses to drink water for me. I will offer him nothing but water all day and he would rather go thirsty. It seems to be the only way I can get him to drink a good amount of water. Any advice?

I never really watered down juice. But I think at 3 its ok not to water it down. If he was really thristy he would drink what he has.

I hate super sweet juice/iced teas so i always add 1/4 cup of water to my glass before pouring them.

Put lemon juice in his water. We have to give ours Ice water

When DS was 1 when I quit watering down his juice. He wasn't really into drinking water a lot until he was 4 or 5. He's more of a milk drinker than anything. He liked getting a water bottle instead of water in a cup though, lol I guess he felt more grown up.

Put fruits in a pitcher with ice and let the ice melt.. Makes a natural real fruit juice  

Thanks ladies.. I am definitely going to try the fruit in the water. He loves fruit any ways.

We also used to get those carbonated flavored waters and tell him it was pop lol.
