if you like chicken and avocado, must try this recipe

i got this from a website but i changed the quantities and added:
CHICKEN AND SALSA TOPPING

for chicken marinade:
2 tbsp minced cilantro
4 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
chicken breasts (no more than 1.5 lbs)

for salsa:
3 tbsp minced cilantro
1 cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup (or a little less) of finely chopped onion
3 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
dash of black pepper
1 Hass avocado, diced

marinate chicken in marinade for 2 hours (i only did it for like 10 minutes though) for ultimate flavor. in the meantime, combine all salsa ingredients in a large bowl. grill chicken. serve chicken, top with salsa.

DELICIOUS.
