No you don't. Toothpaste has plenty of fluoride.

Honestly, there are WAY worse things your child is likely to ingest than fluoride. You can get a reverse osmosis system for your home if you're worried.

Distill or reverse osmosis can get rid of it. If you distill, make sure you add minerals back into the water.
