Ainsley loves spaghetti, asian style pork. We also do taco pockets, pigs in a blanket, anything fun and easy.

Let's see tonight I am making a tuna casserole, Shell noodles, cheese ( any kind we like to switch it up), tuna fish and veggies ( again any kind, I like to use broccoli because its everyone's fave, but peas and carrots are good too!)
I love to make shish kabobs, we set it up like a salad bar so you can pick what you like, pork or chicken, pineapples, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and different sauces, its fun to make and tasty and healthy!
We also do salads a lot, they are fresh, easy, and I don't have to heat up the house!

My kids love spagetti pie. You cook spagetti until al dente in a pot then put it in a bowl with ricotta cheese, some pepper and shredded mozzerella and tomato sauce and mix it all together( I make homemade sauce and sneak purreed veggies into the sauce) but you can use jar sauce. You also make meatballs I make them the way I grew up with but you can make them any way you like and turkey or chicken meatballs will work also. I also lightly fry the meatballs before making. Then i put it in a pie dish the spagetti mixture and the meatballs and sprinkle more mozzerella over it and bake it until its crispy and bubbly. when you cut it it should stay together like a pie.
I make homemade chicken wings on the bbq to avoid the excess fat of the deep fried.
those are a few.
