that's why I love Pinterest so much, my family are my guinea pigs.

My easy,quick dishes are usually spaghetti with garlic/lemon shrimp or grilled chicken with red peppers and onions are winners. Or grilled sandwiches, like grilled chicken,bacon,lettuce, tomato and mayo is alwaaays a winner here... we love chicken lol.

we also tried making spaghetti enchiladas before (just spaghetti wrapped like an enchilada  ) and then baked. put some moz on top before baking. it was good but very messy lol
