six weeks post miscarriage HELP??

after my miscarriage was completely over six weeks ago all my symptoms were gone. just like that.
the past couple weeks i have noticed them reappear, and i dont understand why?
sore chest, always hungry, always tired, nausea..
so confused

well we've been active again, not really using condoms. i really had no idea what to expect after it all happened.
