Urge to Pee

Hey its me again. I have this feeling like I am about to wet myself, but I don't. I just went pee, so theres ntohing there. But you know the feeling when you open up your bladder to pee? Well i feel that sitting at my desk right now. I have extra discharge happening, but i feel like i could just pee my pants. Is this pregnany related? My being 17 weeks pregnant. Or bladder infection starting???

sounds like a bladder infection which are very common in pregnancy so both possibly =)
