My mum is a twin, her name is Elisabeth and my aunts name is Felicity. I think that's pretty. My grandma has awesome taste in names though.

They definitely wouldn't be matchy. That's extremely juvenile and uncreative. They'll already share their looks, birthday, etc. No need to make their names match as well.
