Long story, short... SO & I met through a friend & ever since that day, we have been inseparable. We both used to party a lot & it all came to an end when we decided to settle down with each other. I guess you can say we're young & in love. Moved into our own place, quit partying, started college together, got jobs, & now expecting our first child together.. A baby girl & we couldn't be happier.<3

My husband and I have known each other since elementary school, but never really ran in the same crowds. We reconnected about 3 years ago, and have been inseparable ever since. He proposed to me when we were on a mini-vacation in Chicago. He knows I am kind of shy, and embarrass easily so he did it in our hotel room. It was just the too of us before we went out for the evening.

Well, I'll start at the beginning.

3 years ago we met online through a mutual acquaintance. We hit it off really well, I remember missing him the first night when we finished talked. Soon online chats turned into sunset to sun up conversations on the phone, and that turned into a plane ticket after 3 weeks of talking. 8 weeks after we first met he was here, and never went home. He left his whole life and family behind to stay with me. We got married 3 months and 1 day after he got here. He works so I can stay home with our son, he also does the housework, laundry, cooks, lets me sleep in on his days off. People will mistake that as just "life" but to me, LOVE is the little things someone does that shows how much they care. He makes sure I have my favorite drinks in the fridge because he knows I forget to eat and drink, he bugs me to do both because he knows it's not just for me, but for our baby too. He doesn't make me do anything I am not comfortable with, he understands my history and my fears and insecurities, he'll stay up all night when he has to work just to make me feel better when I'm upset. We've made it through not even having enough money for food, losing two babies, and we're about to move across country and start fresh again, but now with a new addition. He doesn't forget to tell me he loves me, he does every day many times a day, no matter how mad we are we always kiss goodnight and go to bed together, and usually by the time we fall asleep we've worked it out. There's so much more but I really can't even put into words how much he means to me. He really did not only save me from myself, but taught me how important I am.

I will enter anyways This is Jamie. We met on POF   He lived in SC and I was born in London, England. I met him in 2011, and then I moved here to the USA, and now we are engaged and expecting our first child, a baby boy together

When I was in high school, my church hosted a dinner from the youth group to the adult members of the church as a thank you for providing us with a trip. I was serving a couple of the tables and one of them was a friend of mine who brought Donnie along for fun. I served him spaghetti  . We became best friends and started dating a few months later.

He proposed to me one Sunday morning on the stage of the church just as the choir was ending the last song. I was in the choir.

We planned to be married in December and planned accordingly but changed the wedding date to September but kept the Christmas theme. Our reception area of our church was the same area where we hosted that dinner before and our table where we ate our first meal as husband and wife was in the same location as his table where we first met when I served him spaghetti.

I was 18, he was 20.

We have a 3 year old daughter together and are still just as happy, if not more so than we were when we first got married. We will be celebrating 7 years of wedded bliss this September

SO and I met when i was a junior in high school and he was a freshman in college. he was my best friend's (at the time) boyfriend of about five years at that time. we became very good friends very quickly and my family loved him instantly. my "friend" ended up kind of dumping us both and after years of not seeing eachother and many MANY bad relationships for us both, we found eachother again. we began hanging out together more and more and through a very difficult time in my life, he was the one and only person that kept me sane and alive, honestly. one night, i decided to risk everything and tell him how i felt... i figured i had absolutely nothing else to lose. i got lucky and found out he felt the same and had since the day we met, even though he was dating someone else :-)
i admire his strength, loyalty, intelligence, thirst for knowledge, his humor and everything else. he's the best daddy i could have for my DD and will be an amazing husband when we're married next year. he's my best friend. we butt heads alot, but we're both stubborn as hell... we always make up and we know we couldn't be without eachother. i was doubting love also... then i let go of everything and let myself continue to fall for him over and over, every day. he makes me feel beautiful and loves me like i've never known... and like our pictures will show, we can be serious and intense one minute, and acting silly as hell the next :-)

ugh, i'm sleepy as hell and i can't get the damn picture off there... so i guess it'll just be on there twice. :-P
