re: October Mommies!

I was a lttle freaked out at work last night because for about 5 hours I was having braxton hicks contractions and loose stools...I was so afraid it was going to turn into premature labor but eventually it passed. I hadn't ever had my braxton hicks last for more than 30 minutes before. Anyone else had episodes like this? I am sure my anxiety about it was not helping matters.

it seems alot of babys are being named kayden.. my friend heard mine and swiped it.. shes due b4 me- alil erked. is your back itchy 24/7 too?

Its a good thing that I love my baby girl already because between still throwing up frequently at 33weeks, horrible leg swelling even with compression hose on and gestational diabeteshigh bp at work tonight and so I had to make a trip to labor and delivery to get checked out and am now on bedrest til my ob sees me on thursday...or longer.

Well october mommies I havent posted anything in several days bc I now am no longer going to be an October mommy : ) On the 31st my doc decided I needed to be induced bc of my bp and at 35 weeks and 5 days I was already dilated 3-4 cm. So after 14 hours of induction /labor I am the proud mommy of Mackenzie Marie born 9/1/12 at 5:34am weighing 5lb 14oz and 19.5inches long. Even being a bit over a month early baby is doing great besides for being small and a bit jaundiced and was able to come home with me when I was discharged. Good luck to the rest of you on your little ones.
