awww...... how young are you? Adoption is a hard decision, but i know you picked a great family... my 6yr old sister is adopted and we have had her since she was 3 days old. My stepmom couldnt have kids. the mother was very young as well. she is a blessing to us. it takes alot to do that mamaz.... you are very strong young lady!! what questions do you have about the pregnancy? would be happy to help if i can. Im 27 yrs old and have been through alot and this is my first baby and im high risk... so ask away!!!

I am glad to hear how positive you are...sometimes you hear peple and all they can focus on is the imperfections. And that negativity is never a good environment to bring a new life into. Sounds like you have figured out a game plan for dealing with the club foot and I wish you the best of success with it all. She is and will be your perfect little princess : )

I cant really understand all that you are going through but sitting here and thinking about it makes me think that you are one strong girlie. Pregnancy is hard enough to get through when you know that it is worth it because yu will have your baby when its all through. I dont know your specific circumstances and I can only imagine how difficult this decision was to come to. I am glad that you were able to find a great couple for her to go to and I am sure they can not believe how lucky they are to be getting the chance to help your little princess grow. You have more strength than so many.

i cant wait, 12 weeks seems like a long time to wait but she is worth it..
ive been thinking about birth plans and i think i want a water birth... im not freaking out yet about the labour but gimme a few weeks!!!

aww we are due the same dayy! congrats! i give you props for wanting a water birth. there is no way i would survive that!

I have watched the water births on tv and they look interesting. As far as for myself my birth plan is basically to have no plan. I see so often where people (on tv and in other arenas of life) get so stuck in what their plan is that it can be detremental. I am not against an epidural and will problably will get one but I would like to see how it goes and would like to be able to walk around and maybe use the tub some instead of having to be stuck in bed after the epidural...if I can handle the pain. The other reason I am so up in the air as far as my plan is concerned is because I have a pre-existing heart condition, its not usally an issue but we have had the discussion (my doctor and I) that if my heart rate is higher than most and I get winded during labor they will call it and I will be having a csection. Besides the fact the I have gestational diabetes and as of my last ultrasound she was a bit big could also play a factor. I just dont want to get my heart set on any certai plan and then be either dissappointed or get myself anxious about it not going according to my plan. The best laid plans right...? As long asboth me and my little girl make it out healthy is all that matters.
