moving out of state. HELP

my daughter and i live in fl. and in our parenting plan it states that we can move out of state. but it doesnt have anything about how much notice i need to give bd. he is not involved at all. and im almost positive hes selling drugs again so she has not seen him in months. but anyway...does anyone know how much notice you have to give in the state of fl. i just came to my final descion two days ago. we are moving to california.

Well since it is in your parenting plan that you can move you legally don't have to tell him. I'd give him like a week notice though.

since there is nothing in the parenting plan about giving him notice is there anyway he could try and stop us? i just want to make this move easier. and dont want complications. thats why im trying to figure out the time to tell him. i asked my attorney and she hasnt gotten back to me. so i figured i would see if anyone else was going through something similar.

The standard is 30 days notice.

Yes, he could try and stop you by bringing forth a motion to the court to block the move.
