Zacks in 0-3 for tops and 3-6 for bottoms too and is in size 3's now!
He's sleeping all night but wakes up for feeds every 3ish hours still. He naps in the day quite a bit too but only really short naps :/
I think he's teething too. He's constantly dribbling and putting his hands in his mouth. He'll bite on our fingers too and anything else he can get in his mouth, toys, bibs etc. He's not really unsettled but it chewing a lot.

On a lighter note Zack was in his door bouncer the other day and did the biggest poop ever, it exploded down his leg and filled the booty of his onsie, I just didn't know where to start to had so chuck him in the bath!!!
He's also sometimes laughing now which is awesome and smiling and cooing loads.
It's amazing how much our LO's have come along, I was just looking back to the first few pages of this thread, it's all gone so quickly!!

My sons last appointment was last month on the 26th and he was 11 pounds 4 ounces and 23 inches long. He is still slightly underweight for his height. He goes to bed amazingly every night at 8 and wakes up at 7 the next morning. He doesn't wake to eat in the middle of the night anymore. He doesn't nap as great during the day for me though. He fights it a lot but I manage to get him to sleep for a few hours during the day. He is very fussy, I think we are headed back to the doctors soon because he cries a lot. Not sure if he is having tummy troubles or not but some days it feels like he cries all day long :/ He is teething but the fussiness started before the teething started. You can see the bottom two front teeth already but they have not broken the skin! I can't believe some of your little guys/gals are in size 3 diapers! My son is still wearing size 1 diapers, and 0-3 month shirts and pants.

he sounds better and is still smiling!! but the medicine gave him the diahreer  still praying for a speedy recovery!!

skyler must have a lil butt lol he can still wear a 1 diaper but switching to a 2 as soon as i finish the 100 pack im working on

Honestly sounds like he is probably going through a growth spurt. i wouldn't be concerned if he is sleeping too much, especially if he is teething, that can knock it out of the little guys. I would only be worried if he was literally sleeping all day or the opposite; not sleeping enough. All babies are different, they process all of the information they have seen during the day, I read an article where it showed that brain cell development increased during sleep, they developed more brain cells and faster so let 'em sleep   gonna be a clever man!
To be honest I think Zack sleeps more, but then again he probably gets that from his momma, I loooovvvee to sleep lol.

Glad Syler is feeling a bit better, bless his little butt
