Oh my gosh......toddler moms....HELP!

My LO just fell off the dining room table, and knocked her tooth on the way down.

Anyway....aside from being smurfing pissed at SO.....

I looked at it, and her front right tooth is pushed inward a little bit....Not anything super bad, but enough to freak me out....

She's not crying about it, she's acting fine. No blood....just....a.....pushed inward tooth.





Should I freak out and take her? She doesn't have a dentist yet...hasn't been to one, so I'm frantically searching and not getting any information on smurf....SmUrf I'm so pissed....and worried.....anyone else have something like this happen? Were they okay? What had to happen? Oh my gosh, it's probably loose isn't it? She's going to lose her tooth isn't she?! My heart is skipping beats here

I would have it checked by a dentist... but remember... it's a baby tooth. It will fall out eventually anyway.

Chill, it's a baby tooth, she'll get a new one eventually. I'd just leave it, it will probably fall out. I'm sure it's fine.

If it doesn't look broken at all, I'd see if it resets itself. My oldest fractured his tooth tripping over his baby brother years ago so I took him to the dentist knowing he could swallow a piece if it came loose.

Kids, and especially toddlers and accident prone. Good thing is is its just a baby tooth. No worries mama.

I know it'll fall out, but I just....I don't even know...her teeth were perfect...and now this? I was on google, and they say it can turn gray! And bleed!! Ugh, and her dad is looking at me like I'm crazy....I just don't see how he can be so calm when his kids tooth is pushed in like that!

It can reset itself? How long do you think it would take to do that? I probably shouldn't try to push it back out though huh? Maybe just leave it alone.....

I know it's scary, but I'm sure even calling the dentist and explaining the situation may help relieve some of your fears?

if you're really worried, call her dr and ask if he/she thinks you should contact a dentist about it. i really think it'll be fine, though. but if you're that worried, and don't have a dentist yet, that's what i'd do.
