I just had my 2nd daughter on dec 8th at only 28 weeks ( first was born at 30). I got pregnant back in may( she was 5mo) and about died when I found out I was pregnant. I am nervous but I can't wait to see my new baby! Don't worry, this little life is meant to be, it will all work out.

My mom had 7 kids and she's happy. Her youngest is 4 years old. Don't stress out! Have someone help you with your baby when you start feeling symptoms. You said you were on the nova ring and still got pregnant so may be it's a sign that you are meant to have 4 babies! <3 look at the bright side always!
