swiching to table foods!

my son just turned 1 and our doctor recommends that we switch im fully to table foods but all the foods that he loves he doesn't seem to like in table food form. how do i get my little one to want to eat table foods as meals? for months hes ate table foods but only as snakes.

sweet peas, mac and cheese, bananas, carrots, green beans, and many more. he ate pritty much every single baby food you can get and now he refuzes to eat any of those things in big people food

It could be the change in textures from baby to table food and also seasoning....salt pepper etc. I'd do a slow transition rather than quit baby food cold turkey

Those are all perfect table foods for LOs   he just has to get used to it. Keep offering and let him self feed them.

Try mixing the table food in the baby food so he can get used to the flavors and textures

My boy is 14 months old and hates everything other then baby food, I keep giving him little bits of whatever I'm eating so far he is starting to pick at it. I am trying to get him to drink cows milk, but he rathers the breast milk and won't take a sippy cup.
