Breastfeeding Problem ?

I have been breastfeeding my LO since she was born. She's 3 1/2 months old. Last week we gave her her first bottle of formula cuz shes going through a growth spurt and I didn't have enough. I don't know if thats the problem but since then I haven't had enough breastmilk for her. I've been drinking lots and haven't done anything different. Help?

i was a little stressed when she fed and she was still fussy after feeding. when we gave her the bottle she drank most of it

she needs to nurse constantly when she is having a growth spurt so you can make the milk she needs. it is tough, but if you put her to the breast when she wants it, you will produce.
